Sumner Senior Community Celebrates Local Nonagenarian Doctor

Stafford Suites assisted living and retirement community in Sumner will be holding an Open House celebration in honor of Dr. Patrick Duffy’s 90th birthday.

Duffy, a retired family physician, who practiced in Sumner for 52 years is purported to have delivered nearly 2,500 of Sumner’s babies.  He has served the Sumner community as a physician, Rotarian, a friend to all….  Stafford Suites wants to acknowledge his dedication to the community and encourages Dr. Duffy’s friends and former patients to attend the open house.  “Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a gathering that includes as many of the “babies” that he delivered as possible?” said Laura Fehrenbacher, Community Relations Director for Stafford Suites.
