SUMNER, WA — The Sumner Police Department is sounding the alarm over a lane closure that's going to last just over a week, and will likely impact some commuters on their way to and from work.

Starting Thursday and running through next Friday, Jan. 29, a single lane of traffic will be closed on Forest Canyon Road.

The Sumner Police Department says that anyone passing through the area should expect minor delays, which will become more extensive during regular commuting hours.
