Zumba Into Action!

Looking for an energizing way to get into shape? Then check out the Free Zumbathon at the Get Fit Bonney Lake Health Fair Expo Aug. 10. From 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m., experience the craze that is taking the fitness world by storm and learn the Latin-inspired Zumba moves from certified instructors. The Zumbathon is free to participate, but donations will be accepted for Bridget, a Prime Fitness Zumba instructor in need of a kidney transplant. You can also make a donation online. It is just part of the health fair, which lasts from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

The Bonney Lake Health Fair, sponsored by Get Fit Bonney Lake/Bonney Lake Chamber and presenting sponsor MultiCare, brings community vendors, local resources, prizes, music and many free activities and entertainment for the entire family. Bring the kids, come and slide down the gigantic fire truck inflatable, visit local vendors, ask an expert about safety and learn about heart-healthy choices.

The fair will take place at Rainier View Professional Plaza's parking lot, located at 18209 SR 410 E.
