The Sammamish Heritage Society has received a $2,500 grant from 4Culture, a nonprofit group that supports history projects, arts programs and cultural activities in King County.
The money will go to support the Sammamish group's "2011 Heritage Collections Care program," according to an email sent Friday from Pat Kelsey, vice president of the Sammamish Heritage Society.
Jim Kelly, 4Culture's executive director, informed Ella Moore, interim-president of the Sammamish Heritage Society, of the Aug. 29 grant approval.
