Jan. 15 Memorial Service to be Held for Kimberly Coleman, Sammamish Resident and Loving Mother
Relatives and friends of Kimberly Kay Conner Coleman, a Sammamish resident, will remember her at a Jan. 15 memorial service in Kirkland.
The 48-year-old mother of two boys passed away on Dec. 9 because of a pulmonary embolism, her family said in an announcement from Flintofts Funeral Home & Crematory in Issaquah.
Her family said she was a devout Christian who loved her boys. "They were the center of her universe," the family said in their announcement.

"God brought her into our lives," they also wrote. "We know He takes the most precious flowers unto Himself."
She was born on Aug. 3, 1962 in Portland. She also enjoyed studying dance and French. As a high school student, she loved traveling to France.

She graduated from the University of Oregon and later worked as a Delta Airlines flight attendant and in the mortgage and finance industry.
Her memorial will be held at 2 pm at The City Church at 905 132ndAve NE in Kirkland. A reception will be held at Woodmark Hotel, 1200 Carillon Point, in Kirkland.

The family wants to thank the doctors and staff of Overlake Hospital Medical Center for their care and compassion. She passed away at the Bellevue hospital.
