Canadian Company Buys Issaquah-Based Tech Company Perlego

Through the acquisition, Perlego will become the Fixmo Carrier Services (Fixmo CS) division of Fixmo, and will continue to operate out of their offices in Issaquah, Washington. Fixmo CS will focus on delivering consumer-oriented mobile security and personal protection solutions through wireless operators and mobile device retailer channels.
