Crews To Work On Water Main At Timber Ridge
For approximately eight weeks starting Sept. 9, crews will be rerouting a water main in front of Timber Ridge at Talus.
From the City of Issaquah: For approximately eight weeks starting Sept. 9, crews will be rerouting a water main that currently runs through the middle of the vacant parcel in front of Timber Ridge at Talus. The relocation will help better serve the community and allow for future development of the site for a future middle school. No water service impacts are anticipated.
Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays-Fridays (except holidays), and initially the project has been approved for Saturday work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Talus residents can expect noise at times from excavators, bulldozers and trucks.
From Sept. 10-13, a portion of a landscape median along Northwest Talus Drive will also be removed and paved to allow access to the site. During work hours, Northwest Talus Drive will be restricted to one lane heading up the hill, while the lane headed down the hill will remain open.
