Elk Herd Disrupting I-90 Traffic
Washington State Patrol is on scene trying to control the herd.

An elk herd had made it onto the westbound lanes of I-90 Wednesday morning near milepost 38, in the North Bend area. Drivers in the area are urged to be cautious.
