Free Health Screening at Redmond High School

Nick of Time Foundation is holding a Free Youth Heart Screening at on Wednesday. This screening is open to all young people age 10-25, regardless of where they go to school.

The best way to detect these heart conditions is through a heart screening using an ECG (electrical test) and Echocardiogram (ultrasound) of the heart. October also is National Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month.

Please complete the attached screening health history and parent permission(with parent signature) forms. Please bring to the screening appointment. Be advised that we cannot screen your child without these forms.
