Sammamish Police to Hold Forum on the Internet, Social Media and Parenting

Sammamish police will host its first public forum on Jan. 22 with speakers discussing the Internet, Social Media and what parents need to know.

Police officers and Charles Leitch, an attorney and social media expert, will present information and answer questions.

This forum is geared for adults because topics, such as definitions of criminal use of the Internet, will be discussed. Other topics could be considered sensitive for kids.

Parents can register online. Seating is limited and registration is encouraged.
