Issaquah School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Issaquah is September 6. Feel free to mark it on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Issaquah School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 10/23: No School for Students (Teacher Work Day)

• 11/23 - 11/24: No School (Thanksgiving)

December

• 12/6 - 12/7: Elementary Conferences
• 12/21 - 1/1: No School (First Winter Break)

January

• 1/1: No School (First Winter Break)
• 1/15: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
• 1/29: No School for Students (Teacher Work Day)

February

• 2/19: No School (Presidents Day)
• 2/20 - 2/24: No School (Second Winter Break)

April

• 4/9 - 4/13: No School (Spring Break)

May

• 5/25: No School (First Inclement Weather Make Up Day)
• 5/28: No School (Memorial Day)

June

• 6/20: Last Day for Students
