Motorcycle Fled Police At High Speeds, Crashed In Mercer Island
According to WSP, the rider had a felony warrant and sped away from the police in Issaquah. Troopers clocked speeds as high as 130 mph.

ISSAQUAH, WA — A motorcycle rider with a felony warrant fled police at speeds reaching 130 mph and eventually crashed in Mercer Island, according to the Washington State Patrol.
WSP said the motorcycle rider was spotted by Issaquah police and sped off on westbound Interstate 90. Troopers clocked his speed near 148th Avenue Southeast ramp in Bellevue, then took the HOV lane exit to Mercer Island and crashed.

According to WSP, law enforcement did not chase the motorcycle at any point, and the rider's injuries were not believed to be life-threatening. The Mercer Island ramp was closed during the investigation and reopened shortly before 2 p.m.
