UPDATE: Dolsot Korean Cuisine Re-Opens After Health Department Closure
The King County Public Health Department says it found poor personal hygiene practices and improper temperature control of potentially hazardous foods at the Gilman Village establishment.
Update, 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 1: Dolsot Korean Cuisine in Issaquah reopened today for business after it was closed last Thursday for repeated food safety violations.
Original Story: Dolsot Korean Cuisine in Issaquah was closed by the King County Public Health Department on Thursday—about a month after it opened at Gilman Village.
The health department says an inspector found the following problems during a visit this week:

- Inadequate facilities to control temperature of PHF
