Sammamish-Issaquah Weather Forecast: Warmer Days And Nights

On the heels of an especially cold October weekend, temperatures should return to normal for the next few days.

SAMMAMISH, WA — Following some of the coldest October days in recent memory, Western Washington is set for a slight warm-up in the week ahead, as afternoon highs climb back into the mid-to-upper 50s, according to the National Weather Service. Forecasters expect temperatures will return to the normal range by mid-week and may hit the low-60s in some areas.

With autumn's first freeze and frost behind us, forecasters said overnight lows this week should also warm back up to the mid-to-upper 40s across the region. While some clouds will stick around, the week ahead includes a few opportunities for some sunshine.

On the precipitation front, dry conditions should persist for a few days, with a chance of rain returning to Puget Sound Thursday night and Friday. Early indications show a good shot for a mostly dry weekend, with the potential for more wet weather arriving next week.
