Sammamish, Issaquah Will Represent in Boston Marathon On Monday

Sammamish and Issaquah will be well represented next Monday during the 116^th Boston Marathon. Nine runners from Sammamish and seven from Issaquah are registered to run in this year’s 26.2-mile event. You can see who else from our state is registered on the official race page here.

Several of this year’s local entrants took part in last year’s Boston Marathon, too. Matthew Adamson ran it in 3:35:13, finishing 9,220 overall. Rebecca Adamson ran it in 3:39:25, finishing 10,413 overall. And Brian P. Dillon ran it in 5:41:22, finishing 23,651 overall.
