Semi-Truck Rollover Blocks State Route 18
Westbound lanes were closed at Interstate 90 and eastbound closed at Tiger Summit.

SNOQUALMIE, WA — State Route 18 was fully blocked Saturday morning after a semi-truck rolled over near the Raging River Bridge. Washington State Patrol said no other vehicles were involved and the driver escaped with minor injuries. Troopers are still determining the cause of the crash, but say initial signs point to a mechanical failure. Eastbound travel was blocked at Tiger Summit, with westbound drivers stopped at Interstate 90. WSP said towing and cleanup efforts would take quite some time, due to the location of the truck, and the road is unlikely to reopen until mid-afternoon.

Update on the crash on SR18 at raging river bridge. Tow trucks are still on the way. Once they get here it will probably be about 2.5 hours until the road is open. This is an extensive recovery and cleanup due to the size/load of the truck as well as the location above the river.
