State Troopers Seek Witnesses to Fiery I-90 Issaquah Crash

The Washington State Patrol is seeking witnesses to an Aug. 11 collision that occurred around 2:40 a.m. just east of Sunset Way in Issaquah

The Washington State Patrol is investigating a one vehicle, injury collision that occurred Sunday, August 11, 2013 around 2:40 a.m. EB I-90 (milepost 18) just east of Sunset Way in King County.

The vehicle, a black, 1997 Honda Civic was previously observed traveling at a high-rate of speed, EB I-90 near the vicinity of Issaquah before the collision.  An adult male was later observed near the collision scene walking WB on I-90 with no shirt.

The vehicle, pictured below, went through the median, down a ravine and struck a tree before catching on fire.  The victim, who was a passenger in the vehicle, remains at Harborview Medical Center.
