Crediting all the snow that collected in November, the resort announced lifts at Summit West and Summit Central will be running on opening weekend.

Season pass sales resumed Wednesday, and they are expected to go quickly due to high demand and limited quantities. Passes will not be available for pickup this year and will be sent through the mail.
After opening weekend, the resort will be closed Monday and Tuesday, then reopen on Dec. 9. Alpental, Silver Fir, Summit East, Tubing Park and Nordic all need more snowfall before they open.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, several precautionary measures are in place, including face coverings required at all times on the mountain.
Other changes include:
- Visitors should keep six feet apart from others, including staff.
- With reduced occupancy at all facilities, skiers and snowboarders are encouraged to use their vehicles as "base camp."
- To reduce the likelihood of infections, visitors should stick with their group on the mountain.
- The resort is operating cashless and accepts all major credit cards and mobile payments.
- All tickets and services are sold online this season. Visitors should plan their trip online and book in advance.
- Lift ticket sales will be reduced to limit the number of people on the mountain, especially during peak days.
