CHARLESTON, WV -- The nation is about to celebrate its 241st birthday, and it's time to watch the glorious explosions we know as fireworks.

Friday, June 30

Live on the Levee, 6:30 p.m.
Fireworks launched on the south side of the Kanawha River at 9:30 p.m.
Secondary launch from MacCorkle Avenue across the river from Haddad Riverfront Park.
