Road Closure Notice In Charleston

June 4, 2021

Paving of the Kanawha Boulevard from Capitol Street to Greenbrier Street will begin Monday, June 7. All paving will take place in the evening with cones being placed at 5 p.m. Work will take place nightly from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

One lane will continually be open in both directions. Closures will begin with the fast lane and move to the slow lane upon completion of the fast lane.

The temporary closure is expected to last seven to ten days.
