1 Identified In Fatal Menomonee Falls Shooting

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI — Menomonee Falls Police has named one of two people found fatally shot in an apartment building in the 17300 block of Appleton Ave. on May 19.

Phillip J. Marker, the sole renter of the apartment, shot and killed a 29-year-old woman from Grafton, whom he knew, police said Wednesday. He then took his own life, police said.

Police said no further information will be released regarding the investigation.

Police went to the apartment after a concerned family member contacted them.
