2 Key Developments on Common Council's Plate
Aldermen will consider Capitol Heights and a Mandel Group public hearing.
Developments in two Capitol Drive projects are on the Brookfield Common Council’s Tuesday agenda.
Council members can give approval to:
- The Capitol Heights property subdividing into two lots, one to have three commercial buildings and one to hold an existing two-story office building.
- Mandel Group holding a public hearing on a mixed-use development at Capitol Drive and Brookfield Road.
Also Tuesday, Brookfield Christian School seeks approval to build a 13,000 square foot gym, and the Islamic Society of Milwaukee offers a correction to a Certified Survey Map for its planned mosque on Pheasant Drive.
