According to the criminal complaint, police were told by the victim's parents that a sexual assault occurred in the Planet Fitness parking lot, 15740 W. Capitol Drive. The girl met a couple of teens at May Fair Mall earlier in the day. One of them, nicknamed "Casino"— later identified as Collins, exchanged phone numbers with her, the complaint says.

The girl told police some text messages and Snapchat conversations were exchanged between her and Collins. The conversation turned sexual and the victim sent him semi-nude photos of herself, the complaint said.

Collins encouraged her to meet him in the back of the Planet Fitness parking lot, the complaint says. When she got there, Collins was with another teen— identified in the complaint as Berry. The victim got in the teen's car. According to the complaint, she told police she did not want to have sex with either of them. The complaint said Collins tried to get sexual with her in the car but she "pushed him off." She told police Collins became more aggressive and she was then sexually assaulted by Collins and Berry, the complaint said.

After the teens left, the victim called a friend who encouraged her tell her parents and go to the hospital for an exam. She called a second friend who gave her the same advice, which she followed.

Both Collins and Berry were apprehended after investigators found mall surveillance video and security video near the Brookfield scene. Police used Collins' phone number, which he had given the victim, to identify him. The complaint said that Collins had an Instagram account under the name @thecasino.

Both Collins and Berry signed a $2,000 cash bond, and their next court hearing is court Nov. 20.
