2020 Winterfest This Weekend At The Corners Of Brookfield

The Corners' Market Square will feature a 40-foot-by-50-foot synthetic ice rink this year.

BROOKFIELD, WI — The Corners of Brookfield’s second annual Winterfest event will transforming the popular town center into a winter wonderland and featuring brand new attractions and activities this weekend. Winterfest runs from Friday, Jan. 17 through Sunday, Jan. 19.

The Corners’ Market Square will feature a 40-foot-by-50-foot synthetic ice rink. With a $5 donation to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, visitors can skate on the area’s only synthetic ice rink. Skate rentals are included in the ticketed donation, which can be purchased online through Eventbrite, or onsite with cash or card.

For every ticket purchased, guests will receive a voucher for a Milwaukee Admirals game. The rink will be open on Friday, Jan. 17 from 2-8 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 18 from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 19 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Winterfest will again feature ice sculptures on display. New this year is the addition of interactive ice sculpture games, like mini golf, tic tac toe and more.

On Saturday, Jan. 18 there will be a meet-and-greet and skate with Milwaukee Admirals mascot, Roscoe, as well as a Hot Cocoa Crawl from 3 – 5 p.m. Throughout the weekend, there will be activities like face painting, arts and crafts, retailer sales and more.
