Brookfield Central Golfers Earn State Meet Berth
The Lancers won their WIAA sectional with a 300 score.
Brookfield Central’s boys golf team is headed to state.
The Lancers shot an impressive 300 on Tuesday to win their own sectional at Wanaki Golf Course. University Ridge Golf Course in Verona hosts the WIAA state championships Monday and Tuesday.
For Central, Eddie Wajda shot 72, Eric Schleicher 75, Matt Thomsen 76, and Eric Anderson 77. Noah Olander fired 78 for the fifth score.
Bryan Kendall of Brookfield East shot 74 to advance as an individual
