Developer of High Rise To Buy Entire Block

At the public hearing for the 350-unit, 25-story luxury high rise apartment developer, John Vassallo DENIED the existence of a phase 2 building plan, despite telling neighbors privately that his 5-year goal was to own the entire block. Yesterday, that plan was confirmed in an article in BizTimes, though Vassallo was quoted as saying it may take a decade.

“The project team has looked to develop the entire block, said Vassallo, with potential uses including multi-family and commercial. However, it could take a decade for the group to acquire the remaining properties.”
