Die-Hard Republicans and Democrats: Patch Wants Your Opinion

Patch plans for comprehensive coverage of the fall elections and would like to enlist the help of local political insiders for their opinions on the issues.

Did you get involved in the recent recall elections? Do you look at any issue through red- or blue-colored glasses? When people ask you "what's your sign?" do you answer "elephant" or "donkey"?

Brookfield Patch wants to hear from you.

With the upcoming August primary and November general elections, Patch is looking for local Republican and Democratic officials and other activists from both parties to take part in a series of political surveys throughout the campaign. The effort kicked off with more than 50 political influencers signing on and the number is growing.

If you agree to join, Patch will survey you for your opinion on the issues that matter to your party, and your answers will remain anonymous while the aggregate survey results will be reported on Patches across the state.

This requires little time commitment from you. The surveys will arrive periodically via email and consist of about two to five questions.

We are also looking for knowledgeable and engaged bloggers who are interested in providing their party's insight.
