Elmbrook School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Elmbrook is September 1. Feel free to mark it on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Elmbrook School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

• 9/4: NO SCHOOL - Labor Day

October

• 10/9: NO SCHOOL - Teacher Professional Development
• 10/26: Half Day AM Classes Only – All Grades (High School Teachers PM Professional Development) (Elem/Middle School Teachers PM Comp Day for P/T Conferences)
• 10/27: NO SCHOOL

November

• 11/6: NO SCHOOL - Teacher Records Day
• 11/22-24: NO SCHOOL - Thanksgiving Break

December

• 12/25-1/1: NO SCHOOL - Winter Break

January

• 1/22: NO SCHOOL - Teacher Records Day

February

• 2/16: NO SCHOOL - Teacher Professional Development

March

• 3/29: NO SCHOOL - Teacher Records Day
• 3/30-4/6: NO SCHOOL - Spring Break

May

• 5/28: NO SCHOOL - Memorial Day

June

• 6/8: Last Day of School for Students
• 6/10: High School Graduation (BEHS-11am; BCHS 3pm)
• 6/11: Teacher Records Day

Inclement Weather Make-up Days
