Kitchens for a Cause kitchen walk

St. Mary’s Christian Women is sponsoring its second annual Kitchens for a Cause kitchen walk on Saturday, Sept. 29.

We are featuring nine remodeled kitchens in Elm Grove homes. The walk is being held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets are available in advance after Sept. 1 for $25 at Grasch Foods, Brookfield, at St. Mary’s Elm Grove Parish Office or by contacting kitchensforacause@gmail.com.

Tickets the day of the event will be $30 and will be available for purchase in the tent at Elm Grove Woman’s Club parking lot.

Parking for the walk is available in the same parking lot, 13885 Watertown Plank Rd, Elm Grove.

Last year's first annual event benefitted Notre Dame Middle School, a middle school for Hispanic girls located on Milwaukee's near south side, and its efforts to remodel the school's kitchen.
