Father And Son Team New Owners Of RE/MAX Realty 100 In Wisconsin

BROOKFIELD, WI—Father/son team, Jim and Adam Purcell, announced on Monday they have taken ownership of the four RE/MAX Realty 100 offices in Southeastern Wisconsin, according to a news release.

Located in Greenfield, Brookfield, Hales Corners and Menomonee Falls, the Purcell’s will transition from running the Client First Realtors team within the brokerage to broker/owners.

They will serve more than 150 agents at RE/MAX Realty 100.

The Purcell’s purchased the offices from the long-tenured Broker/Owner, Jeff Benson with whom they’ve worked closely with over the past five years.

Jim and Adam will provide the brokerage’s top-performing agents with increased training and innovative technology while bringing in more agents and ideas.
