Grimaldi's Pizza Chain To Open Its First Wisconsin Location At The Corners In Brookfield

BROOKFIELD - Pizza chain Grimaldi's Pizzeria will bring its signature coal brick oven-fired pizzas to The Corners in Brookfield this summer.

The chain has more than 50 locations across the country and this will be the first in Wisconsin. The pizzeria offers thin-crust traditional pizzas, white pizzas, pesto pizzas, and calzones, cooked in a red-hot brick oven.

According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, The Corners mixed-use development opens Saturday with the Von Maur department store. The Corners also includes luxury apartment homes and future tenants include Sendik's, BelAir Cantina, Cafe Hollander, and more.
