Guy Fieri Ghost Kitchen Operating Out Of Brookfield Square Mall

BROOKFIELD, WI—Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen has opened in Brookfield. Brookfield Square Mall,95 N. Moorland Rd., now hosts the food establishment from celebrity chef Guy Fieri, best known as the host of the Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

Don't expect a visit from the bleach blonde chef. The concept of a ghost kitchen means it is a food preparation and cooking facility set up for the preparation of delivery-only meals.
