Joe Thomas Posts Tweet: 'BREAKING NEWS: Joe Thomas questionable with a receding hairline'

BROOKFIELD -- Poor Joe Thomas.

We remember back when Joe was a multi-sport athlete at Brookfield Central High School.

We remember his days as a Wisconsin Badger, pushing and shoving as the team was bound for Rose Bowl glory.

But in Cleveland, times have been tough - pretty much since day one.

There's been the revolving door at the quarterback position. So much so that poor Joe one time didn't know the first name of the man he was blocking for.

This season hasn't started out much better. As other teams were talking about offseason plans and strategies for the new year, this is how Cleveland started out:

The Browns fired their coach and General Manager on Sunday while their 2014 first-round quarterback skipped a meeting with the team’s medical staff about his concussion amid reports that he was in Las Vegas instead.

In other words, it was pretty much business as usual for a franchise that has been a wreck since returning to the league in 1999.

That's according to an NBC report from earlier 2016.

It's likely that Joe is making light of the Brown's winless 2016 season, and posted a humorous photo on twitter on Thursday:
