National Pie Day: Who Has Best Brookfield Area Pies?

Today's National Pie Day and to celebrate, Patch is featuring local bakeries and pie sellers.

Bakers Square at 15300 W. Bluemound Rd. in Elm Grove has a long list of pies. at 13820 W. Greenfield Ave., has a pie menu including double crust fruit, apple and cherry dumplings, cream pies and lemon meringue.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (14 crackers)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Oilerie cinnamon evoo
1/4 cup Oilerie walnut or hazelnut oil
