Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Opens Nov. 1 in Mall

The chocolatier will be located in front of H&M store in the Brookfield Square mall, the second location in Wisconsin.

The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory's grand opening Nov. 1 at a Brookfield Square mall kiosk will include a gift basket giveaway.

Owner Stephen Betts said visitors who stop by the kiosk in front of the H&M store starting at 10 a.m. Nov. 1 will find "mountains of chocolate, trays full of giant dipped caramel apples and plenty of smiles."

"Response has been awesome," said Betts, who co-owns the kiosk with Steve Morris. "Our products are high quality and delicious, and it’s very gratifying to see people’s faces light up when they stop by. It makes me happy."

"Nobody around offers caramel apples like we do," Betts said.

The Brookfield kiosk — which has a Facebook page — is the company's second location in Wisconsin. The shop in Delafield features more than 300 varieties of handmade chocolates and confections, including caramel apples and fudge.

The first Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory store opened in 1981 in Durango, CO. The company and its franchisees and licensees operate 365 stores in 36 states, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.
