Rain Forecast Through the Weekend with Less Humid Temps

The Brookfield forecast calls for a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Friday, Saturday and Sunday with less humid highs about 64, 59 and 60. Sunday evening the rain chance rises to 60 percent.

The National Weather Service on Thursday issued a severe thunderstorm watch for much of southeastern Wisconsin, including Waukesha.

A watch indicates that conditions are ripe for the development of thunderstorms that have the potential of becoming severe. An approaching front that will cool temps into the remainder of the week has been triggering strong and severe storms, and our area could see such weather as the front approaches.
