Mayor Steve Ponto soundly defeated former Jeff Speaker by 64 percent of the vote Tuesday night in the election rematch.
Ponto kept Speaker from re-election in April 2010. Ponto won 4,512 votes to Speaker’s 2,539 votes.
Result are unofficial until canvassing.
