Teriyaki Madness General Manager Jared Bellis described the restaurant as "an Asian fusion concept" that offers made-to-order Teriyaki dishes prepared with fresh, all-natural ingredients served quickly and at a reasonable price.

Bellis has seen an increase in sales due to offering curbside delivery, and catering during the pandemic. He said food quality is a huge reason for the brand's success.

"Our emphasis is on serving delicious food which happens to be healthy for you," Bellis told Patch.

According to the Teriyaki Madness website, the brand advertises "no gut bombs" and food like at home.

"It takes huge bowls to make something this awesome," the website said.

The simple menu lets guests choose their protein, type of rice or noodles, and desired vegetables for a fully customizable bowl made as healthy as the customer wants.

The food holds up very well if it needs to be reheated, Bellis said. The container is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be reused.

"We have taken a lot of time to work and develop the catering and take-out side of things," he said to Patch.
