WISCONSIN — Southern Wisconsin residents are urged to plan for frost throughout the weekend.
The chance of frost is highest overnight on Friday and Sunday. Residents are reminded to cover cold-sensitive plants or bring them inside during the advisories.
After an overnight cool off on Friday, temperatures are expected to climb to the lower 50s on Saturday.

The weather service predicts a 60 percent chance of showers overnight on Saturday with lows dropping to around 40 degrees.
Showers continue into the early part of the day on Sunday with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 50s. Overnight, temperatures will drop to the upper 30s before climbing back into the 50s alongside mostly sunny skies on Monday.
