MILWAUKEE, WI — Woe to the snowmen and sledding hills in Southeastern Wisconsin: although they'll get a boost starting next week, weather observers say this weekend will be sunny with warm temperatures.

According to the National Weather Service, sunshine and breezy southwest winds will usher warmer air back into the area starting midday Friday.

High temperatures will rise to around 35 degrees Friday afternoon. Even warmer temperatures are expected during the day both Saturday and Sunday. Rain and snow chances return on Monday and Tuesday.
