Blues Band Will Play New Pop-Up Beer Garden Saturday In Franklin

Franklin's beer garden at Croatian Park, typically only open on Thursdays, announced a pop-up beer garden will occur on Saturday.

FRANKLIN, WI— The Thursday night beer garden at Croatian Park will hold a one-time weekend event on Saturday. The "Flash Beer Garden" will feature all the usual beverages and food, plus a motorcycle group and blues band, a Facebook post from the beer garden said.

The Franklin Beer Garden is typically only a Thursday night ordeal. Sports leagues, beer, food and more are all a staple of the weeknight event. The newly announced flash beer garden will bring the festivities to the weekend for one day only, according to the beer garden schedule.

The Saturday event will host the standard beer, food and festivities and music, plus a motorcycle group ride, according to the Facebook post. Members of a Harley Davidson rider group will be in attendance for the event, the post said.

Kenny Todd's Memphis Knights will be the headline music act of the night. The band plays "soulful blues with swing and style," as the band described on Facebook.

The Franklin Beer Garden will be open from 2-10 p.m. on Saturday at Croatian Park located at 9100 S 76th Streer in Franklin.
