Free, Family-Friendly Event Planned in Franklin This Weekend
On Saturday, October 24th, the Franklin Historical Society will open its historic buildings.
FRANKLIN,WI— On Saturday, October 24, the Franklin Historical Society will open its historic buildings for public touring from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
In the Franklin Town Hall, there will be two new displays of Native American Projectile Points (arrowheads) and Original Carvings from the Scared Hearts Church known today as St. Martins of Tours, according to a statement from the Town.
Other displays include The Gross/Miller Family Collection, Weaving, General Store, Evolution of Clothes Washing, Old-Fashioned Kitchen, and more.

The historical buildings are located in Lions Legend Park right across the street from the back parking lot of Franklin City Hall.
