Apple-Picking: Labor Day Weekend is a Big One for Apple Lovers

Here is your guide to apple orchards in your area! The kids are back in school, and apple season is just beginning!

WISCONSIN -- It may be hard to believe, but apple picking season already has arrived for some Southeastern Wisconsin orchards, and many more plan to open over the upcoming Labor Day weekend.

Thanks to our friends at Wisconsinonline.com, you can see which orchards are in your area - no matter where you live in Wisconsin.

Some of these locations are simple, no-frills orchards that offer just apples and other produce to pick — and perhaps, some apple-cider doughnuts for sale — while others offer fall activities and plenty of them (we are talking corn mazes, wagon rides, petting zoos, pumpkin bowling, duck races and much, much more).
