Ballpark Commons To Be Named The MOSH

Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH) has been awarded naming rights at Ballpark Commons.

From ROC Ventures: Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital of Franklin, WI. has been awarded naming rights to the MOSH Performance and Wellness Village at Ballpark Commons, according to the developer, ROC Ventures.

Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital, which provides comprehensive sports medicine and orthopedic services from diagnosis through to rehabilitative therapy, will be the anchor tenant of the 45,000 sq. foot
facility. The MOSH Performance and Wellness Village will offer three stories of supportive medical and training services: orthopedics; physical therapy; personal training; training for athletes and military; and corporate wellness programs. Also included are studios for yoga, bicycling and other trending fitness classes, a medi-spa, as well as athlete housing.

It will be the performance and wellness center for two pro teams, over 2500 youth and high school athletes, numerous corporations, and the general population. Attached to the facility is a 77,000 sq. foot indoor turf field, which can host a full-size regulation soccer field.

“MOSH is exactly what we need as the heart of the Ballpark Commons active living ethic,” said Mike Zimmerman, CEO of ROC Ventures. “The MOSH Performance and Wellness Village is curated to integrate performance, fitness, and wellness solutions that are synergistic. Our goal is to blur the lines between all of these products and experiences to create a one-stop shop for all things fitness.”

Ballpark Commons, a mixed-used development featuring a 4,000-seat stadium (hosting an American Association of Professional Baseball team as well as the UW-Milwaukee Panthers), commercial and retail businesses, restaurants, up to 212 apartments, and various entertainment and active lifestyle features including a golf entertainment facility offering 57 year- round open-air bays on three levels facing a driving range, breaks ground this Spring.
