CrossFit in Muskego Will Have Greendale Ties

CrossFit Muskego is set to open in August in the Muskego Business Park.

This story was written by Muskego Patch editor Mark Schaaf.

Two Muskego locals who met through a CrossFit in Greendale are set to open their own location in the Muskego Business Park. Jay Lorino and Blue Aldridge are finalizing a lease for a space on Challenger Drive, Lorino said.

They're planning to open in August.

CrossFit offers boot camps, personal training and a variety of programs to test people's endurance, strength and agility.

It's a common misconception that CrossFit is just for athletes or young people, Lorino said. Programs are tailored for each person's ability.

"It's about being fit, about being the best person you can possibly be," Lorino said.

Aldridge was a trainer at the Greendale location when he met Lorino, who teaches business courses at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Lorino said he's looking forward to integrating the facility into the community. Aldridge lives in Muskego proper, while Lorino lives in Wind Lake.
