Eighth Grade Farewell Assembly Moved To Friday Rain Date

Greendale Middle School's Eighth grade Farewell Assembly is moving from Monday to Friday due to thunderstorms.

The assembly, originally planned for Monday night, will be relocated to Friday night instead. The assembly will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Gavinski Stadium located at Greendale High School.

GREENDALE, WI — The Eighth grade Farewell Assembly for Greendale Middle School has been rescheduled to Friday night due to expected thunderstorms, officials confirmed.

The assembly, originally planned for Monday night, will be relocated to Friday night instead. The assembly will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Gavinski Stadium located at Greendale High School. If the new date is rained out the assembly will move inside to the gymnasium.

Students already participated in a rehearsal and should arrive at their assigned chair at 5 p.m. on Friday. Eighth grade students will not have school on Tuesday, Principal John Weiss said in a statement.
