Ex-Husband Who 'Stole' Car Arrested for Trespassing Instead, Police Say
Police say the car was marital property, but how the man obtained it wasn't all that legal.

A resident in the 5500 block of Bentwood Lane called police as she followed her ex-son-in-law down Loomis Road from Ramsey Avenue, saying the man took her daughter’s car out of the driveway.
The vehicle is marital property at the center of an ongoing civil dispute between the estranged couple, however, and was not considered stolen.
But the man entered the residence without permission, removed the car from an unlocked and unattached garage and was arrested for criminal trespassing, according to Greendale police.
