Former Boston Store Building Takes Center Stage Monday
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees has been called to discuss the next steps with the site.
GREENDALE, WI— The Board of Trustees has called a special meeting for Monday, October 12 to discuss the future of the former Boston Store Building.
After opening the meeting, the board will enter into a closed session, according to the agenda.
They plan to "specifically to discuss the impending auction sale of the former Boston Store Building in relation to the Village TID 3 Redevelopment Agreement".

Following the closed-door meeting, the board will return to an open session and consider the adoption of a resolution in which they would request that the Community Development Authority begin the process of declaring the property at 5300 S. 76th Street blighted property.
The meeting is set for 4:00 p.m. at the Greendale Safety Center Courtroom located at5911 W. Grange Ave.
