Free Bonsai Society Exhibit at Boerner Botanical Gardens, Sept. 16-18

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Bonsai Society will present its 46th annual exhibit featuring a critique and demonstration by Peter Tea, a bonsai master from California

“In Japanese ‘bon’ is tree and ‘sai’ is pot, so bonsai—pronounced bone sai′—is the art of growing trees in a pot”

Sept. 16–18
Exhibit and Vendor Area Hours
· Friday from 6-9 p.m., opening with Tea’s critique of the 10 best trees styled by Milwaukee Bonsai Society members
· Saturday from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
- from 1-5 p.m., Tea will demonstrate
· Sunday from 10 a.m. –3 p.m.

Boerner Botanical Gardens, 9400 Boerner Drive in Whitnall Park
