Greendale Declares Snow Emergency For Feb. 12-13

Officials are urging to the public to please remember that vehicles left on the street are subject to being plowed in or towed.

GREENDALE, WI -- The Village of Greendale is declaring a Snow Emergency from 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 through 12 p.m., Wednesday Feb. 13 in the Village of Greendale.

Under local Snow Emergency guidelines, no motor vehicle can be parked on any public street, alley or highway in the Village during this period.

Officials say the snow emergency will last long enough for the Department of Public Works to plow the public streets, alleys and highways of the Village and make them conveniently passable for traffic.

Officials are urging to the public to please remember that vehicles left on the street are subject to being plowed in or towed at the owner’s expense. If parking is needed the municipal parking lots are available.
